1. Swimming
To swim you have to spread out your hands and peddle your feet. It can be
tiring.

2. Kickball
To play kickball you have four bases. Somebody has to
catch the ball. If they don’t catch it, then you run the bases.
Once you make it all around the bases, you score a point for the
team. Then it’s someone else’s turn to kick the ball.
