3. Hungry?
Grabbed a quick
snack after a
long day of sight
seeing and
walking around
the city.
Look at all those
food carts!
4. Stanley rides the NYC
subway!
New York’s most
popular mode of
transportation, you
can get almost
anywhere in the city
on a subway train…
but careful not to
get lost!
5. You can meet all
kinds of New
Yorkers on the
subway.
Look at that dancer
go! He’s hanging
upside down!!
6. Stanley’s day 2:
Walked across the Brooklyn
Bridge
Every year on the Friday before
Easter, my host family participates
in The Way of the Cross. This
annual procession emulates a
significant event in the Catholic
religion.
7. Stanley’s day 3:
Left NYC to go skiing!
Sometimes it’s nice
to get away from the
hustle and bustle of
the city.
Just an hour drive to
upstate NY and it’s a
winter wonderland!
It was a great
afternoon full of
snow angels, hot
chocolates and
skiing
8. Stanley’s day 4 :
Easter brunch
On Easter, Stanley

brunch with my host
family at New York’s
famous Sarabeth.

English muffins YUM!
9. I wish we had time to
ride a horse carriage
around central park!
10. We took a long walk in
the beautiful Central
Park. Stanley was
surprised to see acres of
nature in the middle of
this concrete city.
11. Stanley’s day 5
Stanley goes to work!
We went to the office
today to see what it

New York.
Stanley learned so
much and made new
friends.

student for the day!
Located in the West
Village, NYU is the
