8. Group Reflection
❖ NU is a big part of Evanston, so it seemed fitting to do a
little bit of investigating there first.
❖ As we arrived at Northwestern, we noticed how beautiful
and open the campus is.
❖ We visited the Mary & Leigh Block Museum of Art located
on NU’s campus, which was quite interesting. The building
was quite large, and we admired the modern feel of the
campus as a whole. The workers at the exhibit were polite
as well and told us about the Block Cinema, which screens
classic and contemporary films.
❖ As we walked downtown past the fountains, we saw plenty
of really great restaurants and shops.
❖ We ate at Edzo’s, which is a local burger/hot dog shop; we
definitely recommend giving Edzo's a try!!
❖ This experience gave us a new appreciation for this town
and the different activities and various characteristics it
has to offer. We also had the opportunity to spend more
time with our group and become friends!
