•What is the problem and what needs to be
done to correct the problem?
3. WHOM
•Whom is the story about? Is it about a person,
King, dog or mystical creature?
4. SUPPORT SYSTEM
•Who are the character actors in the story?
These are the hero’s support system. It could
be a best friend, a parent, a group of kids, a
teacher or even a talking elephant. It could
include attributes such as honor, honesty and
motivation.
5. OBSTACLES
•What are the obstacles? These could include the
hero’s protagonist. AKA: The enemy that tries to
defeat the hero and prevent the hero from
achieving his or her goals. Enemies could be a
younger brother, a bad teacher or even an angry
asteroid set to destroy our planet. Examples of
attributes are anger, fear and doubt.
