. Administration and Publicity"aims to identify key issues to the institutional PR of the Bulgarian institutions in the context of the specifics of the administrative environment. The main objectives of the study are to define the traditional communication practices used by institutions for the publicity achievement and to disclose the confrontation between traditional and innovative methods that are applied in institutional communications in Bulgaria. Particular attention in the report is given to the state of press offices of the institutions, to an analysis of the most frequently used communication channels, to the presence or the absence of modern communication practices and innovative methods for public presentation. Furthermore thusintendedstudyisanattempt to a peculiarevaluationanddifferentiationmadebytheauthorbetweenthepositive andreallyefficient communication practices and negative or ineffective ones, taking into account the current state of the actual (communication) environment, internal and external audiences, some technical and other specific problems that appear to be factors in the communication process of the Bulgarian institutions.
