1. Grade 10 students are required to undertake either a Supervised Farming Project (SFP) involving vegetable, poultry, or swine farming or a Supervised Homemaking Project (SHP) involving food processing or homemaking during the semester in their homes under the remote supervision of an assigned faculty adviser. 2. Students will submit weekly reports to their adviser on the project activities, sales, expenses, income and updates through online means, using a provided template. 3. At the end of the semester, students must submit a Project Terminal Report and prepare a summary presentation through distant means following a given template on the project they implemented for evaluation.

1. GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPERVISED
FARMING PROJECT (SFP)/SUPERVISE HOMEMAKING PROJECT (SHP) 10
SY 2022-2023 (First Semester)
1. Grade 10 students are required to undertake Supervise Farming Project (SFP) or Supervise
Homemaking Project (SHP) 10 in their respective home or place of residence for the semester.
2. Students may choose to implement either farming (for SFP: vegetable, poultry or swine) or
Food Processing/Homemaking (SHP) project whichever is more appropriate to conduct in their
locality and current situation.
3. A faculty member will be assigned for each student to serve as their SFP or SHP 10
supervisor/adviser.
4. The adviser shall supervise, monitor, and evaluate students’ performance thru online/distant or
blended learning approach whichever is permitted in accordance to the guidelines released by the
university.
5. The scope of project implementation of student should be coordinated to and approved by
respective adviser prior to its implementation.
6. Student should submit a weekly report to their respective adviser thru online or distant means.
The report should include activities done (record), sales, expenses and income, and other updates
(including receipt, pictures and other evidence) about the project implementation.
7. For a more organize reporting scheme, template for the report will be provided to students by
their respective SFP/SHP adviser/supervisor.
8. Since project will be implemented home-based, parent or guardian of student of SFP and SHP
10 will be encouraged to be of assistance in monitoring the project implementation of their child.
They will also be requested to affix their signature to student’s weekly reports.
9. Each student must submit a Project Terminal Report, after the successful implementation of
their chosen project.
10.Students should also prepare and submit through distant (online) means, a summary
presentation (video clip or PowerPoint) of the project they implemented. Template and format
that will be provided should be followed in making the project summary report and presentation.
