3. Q1: who do you identify as?
list 3 or more 'personal
identifiers'
4. It took me almost 5
years to figure out
what I will teach you
in a few weeks.
5. Honesty goes a
long way.
To be successful in these exercises you must be
truthful in what you say and how you act. Sharing
your truth and honest opinions about different
matters can help bring clarity to any situation but
especially confusing new situations like this one.
Make sure to check in with yourself when
answering assessments and journaling. It may
even help to keep private notes or a journal of
your thoughts so that we can revisit some of
those thoughts during our 1-on-1.
6. In this section we are reassessing your current
lifestyle and making sure that all of your needs
can be met without depleting your energy and
resources. Change can be intimidating but is so
necessary for *CI folks that odds are you've
already tried making changes, big or small, and
are in need of guidance.

10. How you want your life to function is
a key questions you should be asking
when reassessing something as
important as your chosen career or
profession. What is it that you want
to achieve with your time? for a lot of
people the answer is "money". For
others, its an intangible feeling or
goal. Whatever it is that drives you
(maybe you're getting it in your
current position) is important to focus
on, especially on the harder days.

smooth sailing.
There is no one perfect way to life your life. This
modules goal is to teach you the tools you will need

proper boundaries with them, and create your own
best life. This can be a grueling and emotionally
and/or physically intense process. Self betterment
doesnt come cheap but it also shouldnt come at the
cost of your health. for us people with CI, we cant. It
can be all consuming sometimes but just beacuse
your illness sits in the front seat doesnt mean you
arent still driving the car. That's why the three keys
im about to show you are so important to
maintaining a healthy lifestyle of self betterment.

lives. in the last section we discussed the stages of grief and how normal it is to
have re-runs of the experience but as we've learned, connection is the opposite of
depression and addiction to bad habits or ways of thinking. the list for some is
easy, for me at the place i was in my life it took a while to come up with a list of
five connections that i felt truly supported me and nourished my spirit. If you can,
go ahead and try making your list. we will go over this during the group discussion
if you want to wait for more instruction/inspiration. lets discuss the ways
