(1) Machinery of pellet press lines was completely changed and
modified from 10 to 20 Tph.
Projects contents:
Installation of larger pellet mills as well as heat treatment equipment, modification of
coolers, adding of fat coating systems, crumblers and extra bucket elevators.
Fully responsible for: feasibility studies, characterizing, choosing, negotiating
internationally for the machines, civil engineering, and inspection of installations.
Responsible for the equipment purchasing for projects: roller mills and large modern
hammer mill.
Changing conveying lines from pneumatic to mechanical conveying, and from
mechanical to pneumatic, including all parts of these projects.
Initiating, planning, equipment characterizing and implementing of small and micro
ingredients dosing plants.
(2) Initiated and managed three concrete grain silos projects:
4 silos, capacity of 10,000 ton on an open lot - from scratch.
Building method: slip form. (1997)
9 silos, capacity of 30,000 ton on the foundations of old, metal silos.
Building method: racking of old silos, reinforcement of foundations and installing slip
form over this. (2002)
6 silos, capacity of 20,000 ton: Building method – slip form over a flat concrete
foundation. (2010).
Conveying methods ; Conveying equipment; International tendering;
Negotiation ; Inspection over quality of goods and installation.
Complete responsibility over these projects.
(3) Responsible for the building project of a flat storage warehouse for
22,000 cubic meter. (1995)
New wings were added to the storage facility twice: extra two cells for 7,000 cubic meter
(1997) and 3500 cubic meters (2002).
Planned and oversaw all facets of project: Big-bag storage facility for 1200 bags, including:
characterizing, designing, internal space planning, tendering of shelving equipment,
characterizing and purchasing of a suitable fork lift, electrical and data communication
characterizing.
