3. ABSTRACT
• CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM shall automate the current manual system using
computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software to meet the requirements so that the
valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period of time with easy access and
manipulation of same.
• This management system of the college is considered as an error free, secure, reliable and fast
administration system. It can help the user administrator to focus on his other activities instead of
focusing on the records.
4. MOTIVATION
• Every big or small organization has challenges to overcome
and manage the information of Student, College, Course,
Faculty, Fees.
• So we have designed exclusive management system that is
adapted to your managerial requirements. This will assist in
strategic planning and ensure that our organization is
equipped with the right level of information.
5. INTRODUCTION
• The CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM has
been developed to override the problems
prevailing in the practicing manual system.
• More over this system is designed for the
particular need of the organization to carry out
operations in a smooth and effective manner.
6. SURVEY
• Attendance depends on many student-specific factors such as student motivation and ability of the
students. Furthermore, these unobservable third factors also influence student performance and not
accounting for them could bias the effect of attendance.
• So authors proposed a classification method and argued that we should increase the number of
attributes taken because we cannot predict the performance of students by attendance or previous
scores only on the availability.
• It is based on two approaches, first how the presence of universities from different countries affects
their performance and second the author found various other considerations abroad universities
affecting performance.
• Student academic achievement was predicted using a decision tree model and a simple genetic
model at each undergraduate and graduate level in each subject.
7. RESEARCH GAPS
• Undergraduate’s perceptions of the impact
of the Web.
• Challenges that graduate students face while
using the Internet.
• Solutions which can be proposed to handle
web development.
8. OBJECTIVES
• The objective of software planning is to provide a
frame work that enables the manger to make
reasonable estimates made within a limited time
frame at the beginning of the software project and
should be updated regularly as the project
progresses.
• EXAMPLE :
1. Online registration of students
2. Maintenance of student records
3. Searching student records
9. SCOPES
• Collects perfect management in detail.
• Supporting users in recording the effort in their
respective work areas.
• Efficient use of resources by increasing their
productivity through automation.
• It meets the requirements of the users.
• Be easy to understand for the user and the operator.
• It is expandable.
• Be delivered on time and within budget.
10. METHODOLOGY
• Administrator: Responsible for managing student records.
1.Update student details
2. Display student details
3. Enable/Disable student
• Student: Has the access rights to view and edit their personal details.
1. Login to their profile
2. Edit their details
3. Upload their images
13. FUTURE SCOPE
• It can be enhanced to include some other
functionality like marks, attendance
management.
• Integrate multiple load balancers to distribute
the loads of the system.
• Implement the backup mechanism for taking
backup of codebase and database on regular
basis on different servers.
14. CONCLUSION
• CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
will store all the details of the students
including the information of the
respective organization.
• we can get all the recently updated news
about our academics from here at any-
time.
