Kiani and Lukah completed a Giving Home Learning Challenge when they cleaned up the sandpit for all the children and teachers at Summerland in the holidays.

2. This is the dirty river with rubbish inside it.
I got out all the rubbish and scrubbed the rocks.

3. The sand had big holes in it from the rain
and from people digging.

4. There was sand and bark all over the
deck.

5. This is Lukah and I digging all the sand
out of the toy box.

6. Here I am washing the sand toys and
checking for any broken toys.

7. I am cleaning the stumps.

8. These are the clean stumps!!

9. Now all the sand toys are clean and ready to get
sandy again.

10. The sand is even and the sand has
been brushed off the benches.
