Storyline and storyboards of Summer Song music video

2. STORY LINE
• The story line of our music video is betrayal, we start with Jacob getting into a car
and turning on the music which starts the song. Throughout the music video we see
a girl called Sophie who is trying to hitchhike to London, Sophie and Jacob know
each other which we find out through flashbacks. Jacob drives past Sophie when she
is standing at the side of the road which starts the theme of betrayal. It turns out
that Jacob had in the past run over Sophie on the road and we as an audience are
unsure about whether Sophie is alive or not. Jacob is not in the car alone, he is there
with his girlfriend Melanie. Sophie haunts Jacob through many different situations
and the audience is left with a sense of the illusion of reality, of not knowing what is
real and what is not.
