Locations were recced, actors cast, costumes designed,
prosthetics tested and lines rehearsed, from 10th
September up untilstart of shoot on the24th
September.

A Field In England began its 12 day shoot on 24thSeptember 2012nearFarnhamin Surreyand
wrapped 6th October 2012,with one day off in the middle. Director and editor Ben Wheatley edited
at night duringthe shoot to makesure everythingwas covered as the schedule progressed.
