Sophie Brown evaluated a project and found that the completed set matched their intended design, including the concave element, and that projecting images onto screens above the set was effective. Areas for improvement included having group discussions to set targets at the start of lessons, documenting the construction process, and having more confidence to work independently and use initiative rather than seeking help from others.
2. What Worked Well
• The complete set looked like how we intended,
including the concave as we did not know whether it
would look right or work in the set.
• The screens were hung above the set, it looked
effective as there were pictures being projected onto
them.
3. Targets For Improvement
• We could have had a group discussion at the start
of every lesson to set targets and made an overall
checklist at the start of the task
• I should of documented the process of my
construction while doing so, rather than
struggling at the end to give evidence
• I also should of had more confidence to use my
initiative when constructing, and to also have
more confidence to not seek the aid of others
