2. The term "Contracting IKEA Company" means the IKEA company that is contracting with the IKEA
Supplier for purchase of IT materials and/or services. The term “IKEA” means any and all companies
ultimately owned by INGKA Holding B.V. The term “IKEA Supplier” means any company or individual
providing products or services to IKEA. This definition is applicable to all IWAY related documents.
The term “Scheme” means the IKEA Supplier’s code of conduct requirements and the implementation

department stores in primarily off-mall locations as well as an e-commerce site, Kohls.com. The retailer
targets middle- class families with its convenient locations and shopping.

• I have taken responsibilities and worked as an Application developer in HBC project, where I
involved myself in different critical incidents and issue resolution.
