The idea that we have constructed for ‘Right Treatment, Right Place’ is that we will
use the ‘Right Treatment, Right Place’ image and divide each of the sections into
three which then we will then use as doors. Using an animated figure such as a
friendly animal or a simple cursor of the mouse, this will enable each door to open
and reveal a scenario for each of the problems people may face and using images and
text and some video footage, we will show people where to go for the correct kind of
treatment that they might require.
For example the ‘Self Care’ door would reveal problems such as coughs, colds and
minor virus’s and then shows you how you can treat them yourself using pain killers,
over the counter medicines and even drinking plenty of water.
For the ‘Professional Health Services’ door, it would show someone going to the
doctors or pharmacy on a problem such as helping to stop smoking, going on the
morning after pill or head lice and them receiving the right treatment in which will
help resolve this problem.
For the ‘Accident and Emergency’ door, it would show a real emergency such as
suspected over dose, broken bones, server burns, breathing difficulties and suspected
heart attack and stroke.
