(Rosie storms in)
Rosie: What, what do you want? I’ve had to miss work for this, it
better be important.
Tom: Well, we need to talk. You’re not going to like this.
(Rosie slowly pulls back the chair and sits, hesitantly)
Rosie: Okay (Exhales loudly)
Tom: I’ve been thinking, and I don’t know why..
**Room Changes to black and white** **Rosie and Tom react**
Tom and Rosie: What did you do?
Rosie: You better not be messing with me! You’re black and white
(looks at her hands) I’m black and white.
Tom: I don’t know why
**Room changes to new room**
Rosie: No…No, this isn’t funny! Stop playing around Tom!
Tom: I’m not doing anything, it’s not me! I just wanted to say why
*Clothes change*
Rosie: It’s why!
*Room change*
Tom: It’s what…Why?
*Switch clothes*
Rosie: No, it’s that word, stop saying it!
Tom: What … why?
(Getting progressively more aggressive)
Rosie: JUST STOP! What did you want to talk to me about?
Tom: Okay, well. I don’t see why..
**Puts things in mouth, puts hats on*
Tom: … we are still. Eurgh!
Rosie: (shouts) still what!?
Tom: I DON’T WANT TO BE WITH YOU ANYMORE!
Rosie: What (pause) Why?
*Cuts to Middle of the field, sitting down, then fall backwards
together to lie on the field*
