FusionPharm develops, manufactures and
markets innovative indoor agricultural
solutions for specialty crop cultivation.

5. Produce
We created the patent pending PharmPod
advanced hydroponic cultivation container used
by urban farmers and other specialty
growers, including the medical cannabis
industry.

6. Market Potential
• Estimated between $70million and $120million spent on grow operation
construction in Colorado alone. That number expected to double in next
18 months with passage of legalization initiative
• 13 containers sold in first 4 months of 2013, 40 more currently in LOI
stage with financing
• Projecting gross revenues of $12million and operating cash flow of $4
million in 2015

7. Investment Summary
Total Investment: $2million ($25k minimum investment amount)
Investment Use: Financing Fund for sale of PharmPods. Funds will
used only to provide financing for purchases of
PharmPods by licensed industry participants only.
Investment Structure: Equity with preferred dividend return.
Investment Return: Preferred annual dividend of 13% with conversion
and warrant features

Security: Deployed PharmPods will have individual UCC
designations.
Funds will be deployed only to state licensed
operators
