Dear Sir:
I am writing to apply for the position of financial associate recently advertised at Enigma Courier dated June 25, 2022
My experiences as inventory clerk and office clerk trainee molded my intrapersonal skills and management skills. With the developed
and acquired skills, I believed that I can be of great help to the company. I enclosed my resume, which provide detailed information
about my qualifications.

address.
Thank you very much and I am looking forward to your reply so that we can further discuss my application.

5. 1. Qualifications
In application letter, you need to
make it clear why your interested in
the position or organization, to
indicate what skills you posses that
matches what company looking for.
6. 2. Pleasing tone
• When writing application,
you need to go beyond
simply stating your
accomplishments.
• It should be neat and error-
free.
7. • The application letter follow a
prescribed format, which is
conventional business like
format. The most common is the
block format.
3. Format
9. 1. Focus- application letter is not
personal and should not be chatty.
Keep if focused: When you're
applying for a positions, include
only information relevant to the
position.
10. 2. Stay on topic - State the reason
for the letter. Letters need to
explicitly explain your reason for
being written usually in first the
paragraph. When your applying for
something say so in the first
sentence 'I am writing to apply'
11. 3. Think of your letter as an argument -
When you're making an ARGUMENT.
You're making a claim that you're
qualified for a certain position and you
need to support your claim with reasons
and evidence.
12. 4. Choose an appropriate salutation - If
you now the person's name and title use
it: example " Dear Attorney Chua ", if you
don't know the person's title, one good
solution is to address him/her by first
name and last name: " Dear Jean
Chavez" If, as sometimes happens, you
must write to an unknown reader, use "
Dear Sir or Ma'am".
13. 5. Proofread- demand greater
perfection than professional
letters, especially in application
letters.
