Zorica did her job in a very effective and efficient manner by seeing the need for her organization to undergo training for the ISO 9001:2015 transition. She carefully planned the training course, identifying who should be trained and how to invite them, and executed it successfully. Zorica was also very patient, made follow up calls at the right times, and was convincing.
