Christine is a middle school student who is experiencing physical, mental, and emotional changes as she goes through puberty. She is also dealing with a major change in the world, as humans have been living alongside zombies for 50 years. As her human friends become zombies one by one, Christine notices differences in how her old friends act when they are hungry as zombies, and she feels insecure around her new zombie friends.

2. Christine, is in middle school. In this period of
time she has been through not only physical,
mental and emotional change, but also a
major change in the world.

4. It’s 50 years now since the human race has
been living together with zombies. It’s never
been the same since we have to live with the
walking deads.

6. One by one, her friends become zombies.

8. By facing her own experiences of losing her
human friends and gaining more new zombie
friends, she notices a huge change in her old
friends but different species. Her old friends
get mad more easily when they’re hungry.
She feels insecure when she hangs around her
zombie friends.
