 Validity: You cannot select a candidate
for a Research profile through an
aptitude test
 Reliability: If you were to give an online
test again(same topic but different
questions), what is the maximum
variance you would expect from the
available tests?
We have developed a test algorithm that is
flexible, adaptable, allows prioritizing, employs
