DISTRICT YOUTH CAMP
COORDINATION MEETING
District Youth Committee
REGISTRATION PROCESS
1.Upon arrival, delegates should wait upon the designated "waiting area" while their
local Youth President or representative handles the registration. Strictly no registration,
no entry.
2. Along with the registration process, the local Youth President or representative shall
submit their game entries to Ptr. Nico Junsay/Ptra Peachy
3. Upon completion of the above-mentioned steps, a marshal shall guide the
delegates to their designated room.
REGISTRATION PROCESS
4. Youth President will provide the required information for room assignment to the
"room assignment" committee.
5. Before endorsing the "room key" to the local Youth President or representative, the
marshall shall read the "house rules" to the delegates and orient them of the "do's &
don'ts".
6. The local Youth President or representative shall then sign the "Acknowledgment of
YC2023 Rules".
CAMP RULES
 Respect the Premises: Treat the school and classrooms with care and respect. Use desks
and chairs appropriately; do not damage any property or equipment.
 No Unauthorized Access: Delegates should only enter designated areas and classrooms.
Avoid entering restricted areas such as faculty rooms, storage rooms, or other off-limits
spaces without permission from authorized personnel.
 Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings organized and secure. Label your
belongings to avoid confusion or loss. The camp organizers and school are not liable for
any lost or stolen items.
CAMP RULES
 Personal Hygiene: Maintain proper personal hygiene throughout the camp. Keep
the classrooms and common areas clean and tidy.
 Cleanliness: Implement CLAYGO. A garbage bag will be provided for disposing of
waste. It is prohibited to flush napkins, tissues, or any solid items down the toilet.
The marshal and utility personnel will collaborate with the youth presidents to
guarantee that the restrooms are in good condition and fully functional. Restrooms
cannot be used for showers. Improvised shower cubicles were made.
 Cooking: Cooking is strictly prohibited indoors, outdoors, or anywhere on the
premises, except for a designated area provided. The use of rice cookers is
strictly prohibited.
CAMP RULES
 Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the camp organizers.
In case of an emergency, remain calm and follow the evacuation procedures.
 Respect for Others: Treat fellow delegates, camp organizers, teachers, and school staff
with respect and kindness. Bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior will not be
tolerated.
 Personal Responsibility: Delegates are responsible for their own actions and behaviors.
Be accountable for your own belongings, participation in activities, and adherence to camp
rules.
CAMP RULES
 Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication. Seek guidance or
assistance when needed and report any concerns or issues promptly.
 Participation/Involvement: Participation in our sportsfest or musicfest is strictly
limited to registered delegates.
 Curfew/Lights-Off: Delegates should be in their assigned classrooms by the
curfew time of 10 p.m. Exceptions may be made for authorized late-night activities
and/or preparations.
 Dress Code: Dress appropriately and modestly.
CAMP RULES
 During the Lecture/Workshop/Session/Service:
1. Refrain from moving around aimlessly during sessions.
2. Remember to bring your camp kit to the morning session at all times.
3. Minimize unnecessary noise by setting your mobile phones to silent mode.
4. Food stalls will not be allowed to operate while services or lectures are ongoing,
except for providing water.
CAMP RULES
 Attendance/Time:
1. Attendance is mandatory for all sessions, and delegates who stay in their rooms
during sessions without a valid medical and/or emergency reason will be
reprimanded.
2. Punctuality is important, so arrive on time for all proceedings.
3. Please adhere to the designated call times as follows: the morning session is from
6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., the afternoon session starts at 1:00 p.m., and the evening
session runs from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
