 The students of VKVs fared tremendously
well in the National Means Cum Merit
Scholarship (NMMS) Examination. The list
shows the number of students qualifying
the exam from the respective VKVs.

staggering 114 numbers of students are

XI, conceptualized to identify bright minds with a scientific aptitude from the student
community.
 The National Level camp took place in IIT-BHU Varanasi on 28th and 29th May 2022.

 The state boys and girls Kho Kho team participated in the National Kho Kho
Championship held at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
 The team include more of Tafrogam girls, one each from Balijan and Nirjuli and one
from Govt Hr Sec School, Tezu ( Tafrogam student now for XI studying at Tezu).

16 District Level Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy
held at Tezu on 20.02.2022. The students were
coached by the PT teacher of VKV Tezu Sri Ashim
Saikia.

On the occasion of National Mathematics Day on 22nd
December, to mark the birth anniversary of Sri
Srinivasa Ramanujan, the mathematical genius;
many events were organized in different VKVs.
Library Week
Keys to the past and gateway to the future;
Libraries play a pivotal role in shaping up the mind
of a student. It’s an ocean of knowledge out there,
ready to be grasped. Library week was celebrated
during the month of November in all the schools.

FIT India was launched by our honorable Prime Minister
Sri Narendra Modi Ji on 29th August 2019 with a view to
make fitness an integral part of our daily lives. This year
also in tune with the same concept many activities were
done in the schools.
International Yoga Day Celebration
A healthy mind lives in a healthy body and Yoga is the
best way to keep your body fit. The 7th International Yoga
Day was observed on 21st June. Adhering to the Covid
protocols the students performed Yogas at their homes
along with their parents.
