• Work as SAN Storage Associate Consultant .
• Working on EMC DMAX, VMAX, HP 3PAR, HP EVA, MSA, LHN storage products &
Brocade SAN switches.
• Working in projects for improving the San environment i.e. adding new disk enclosure in
the existing storage device online, Exchange of faulty disk enclosure with downtime,
exchange of the VC-FC module exchange with new SAN Switches online.
• Implementing the new storage solution.
• Upgrading the SAN environment (Storage controller, Disk firmware, & Switches
firmware).
• Logging into Storage boxes and San Switches to check for proactive action in
environment..
• Keep the track of the allocated/available space in the environment.
• Creating the storage monthly billing report.
• Open tickets with vendor for any hardware failures, change request, and analyzing logs
for fault in environment.
• Creating Vdisk (LUN) and presenting to the host.
• Creating new zones, adding newly added VM’s and physical host to zone configuration.

As a part of UPM project in HCL tech. implemented the new HP 3PAR which included the following.
• Rack Mounting.
• Back-end & Front-end cabling.
• Configuring the 3PAR nodes.
• Installation of software’s i.e. OVF, VSP, Management Console, etc.
• MOB (Moment Of Birth) for the 3PAR storesever7200.
• Host & Server Zoning
• Creation of CPG’s, Virtual Volumes, Creating Host’s, & Virtual Volume presentation.
• Host Based Migration.
During this project followed the ITIL process.
