Yahoo's Q3 2008 financial highlights reported revenue of $1.786 billion, a 1% increase year-over-year. Revenue excluding traffic acquisition costs (Revenue ex-TAC) decreased 2% year-over-year to $1.325 billion. Owned and operated sites revenue increased 9% to $1.002 billion while affiliate sites revenue decreased 10% to $560.7 million. Fees revenue was flat at $223.7 million.
