closelywith Sean the past two years while he has been the G.M. and bar manager for my
company.
Sean is consistently pleasant and has a positive attitude, making him a joy to be

establishment. His dynamic personality deems him ambitious and he readily tackles any
assignment with dedication and a smile.
Sean seems to have an expansive knowledge of the restaurant field, including a
vast knowledge of many beers, wines and liquors, making him one of the finest
bartenders we have ever known. As manager he has also been supervisor over all of our
