I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Christopher
Munoz. He has been employed with us and under my supervision as a server
since July 2013. He was promoted the head server/trainer position within four
month of his.
From the beginning, Chris has been an enthusiastic and eager to learn employee.
He has never been late and always shows up at least 30 minutes early for his
shift. In addition, there are numerous times that he has helped set up the
restaurant for the shift or a private event without even being scheduled to do so.
He has a fountain of ideas to enhance not only the guest experience but to also
make things function better for his fellow associates.
His customer service skills were beyond what was asked of him. Guest would call
to find out if he was working to make a reservation with him. He was highly
spoken by all.
