I am honored to have the privilege of writing a recommendation letter for Scott.
I have known Scott for over 10 years. I met Scott when he worked at a Restaurant in
Glastonbury. Through the years, not only did my wife and I become loyal customers at
the Restaurant, we became personal friends. Scott was the energy of the restaurant;
not only was he able to manage and balance the demands of customers / employees,
he was able to offer something special - the ability to make a customer feel
appreciated and at home. Scott always knew that was a very important part of the
job - whatever job it may be - having the unique ability to be the very best at it but also
have the ability to make core/lasting connections with customers.
As we began to know Scott better, we asked him if he would help us out and
watch our children so we could have a night out (or two) - of course he was willing to
do so. As time progressed, my big boss at work randomly asked me if I knew anyone
that could bartend both very large and important events at his personal residence. Of
course, Scott was the guy who I recommended because I knew not only could he do
the job - but he would make a lasting favorable impression and 3 years later, he still is
the go to person for multiple get together events every year.
Scott will do anything and everything to make whatever he is doing a success -
but - he will always understand the importance of people and what it takes to make
them feel both happy and loyal. He is a great person, a great worker and most
importantly a great friend. I highly recommend Scott for whatever endeavor that is on
