We need to align timelines to have prepared sellers for periods when membership is low, such as January-February and June-August. During peaks for iGCDP, trainees can be integrated to address gaps from absent members. Employees returning from internships after 6 weeks can also be reintegrated then to cover vacancies from vacations.
