The Wylie Creek Estates Homeowners Association held its annual meeting on April 12th, 2015. The meeting agenda included reports from the board president, ground manager, water system manager, and treasurer. The 2015 budget and capital improvement projects were presented, including $8,000 for improvements to 13 acres such as creek irrigation, trees, and a trail. Attendees voted on new board members and the capital improvement projects. The meeting then adjourned after covering all agenda items.
