This document summarizes the progress of WP7 on community management and dissemination activities for the AGILE project. It discusses the creation of marketing materials like a project flyer and website. It also outlines the social media presence and growth in followers on Twitter, LinkedIn and SlideShare. Upcoming events are planned like an IoT artistic event in Berlin and dissemination timelines are proposed with deliverables and major project events. The next steps discussed are to collect missing press releases, promote an IoT survey, generate blog content and initiate an Eclipse open source project proposal.

◦ Quantified Self (BioAssist): Utilize bio-monitoring equipment as a means for an artistic
installation.

give citizens an aesthetical experience of the intangible or unperceivable aspects of the city.

New team member
Roxanne Joncas
Marketing and Events Specialist
Roxanne is the Marketing and Event Specialist at Eclipse. She
spends most of her time organizing events and advertising said
events.
Since end of March, Roxanne joined AGILE/EFE team to assist
on Social Media, Web Sites, marketing and communication
messages.
She is planning to move to Germany this year.

Next Quarter
1. Collect missing Press Releases
2. Promote the IoT Survey results
3. Create 2-3 blogs posts that describes some of the key work packages
◦ We need to start communicating what AGILE is trying to accomplish.
◦ Ideally each WP leader would write a blog post that answers the following questions:
1. what is the purpose and goal of the WP,
2. what are the key issues the WP is trying to solve,
3. what key technology will be used,
4. how will developers be able to use it.
◦ The key message is that we need to start generating content !

◦ Initiate the Eclipse OS process
◦ Our preference is contributions back to existing projects like, eg. Kura.
