World Heart Day 2022 - Heart Awareness

  • 1. HEART" - Every Beat is Important Heart Arrhythmia - Irregular heart beat. Not usual beating of the heart, it is irregular. It can be too fast or too slow. Cardiac arrhythmia occurs when electrical impulses in the heart do not work properly. The person experiencing such condition needs to consult cardiologist and in emergency situation it is best to take the person to cardiac emergency department. Bradycardia - low heart rate. Worry when feel lightheaded, breathless, dizzy or fainting, chest pain that is lasting for few minutes. We need to consult cardiologist or take the person to cardiac emergency. Tachycardia - faster heart rate due to Atrial fibrillation is cause of worry and we need to consult cardiologist.

To REVERSE the situation diet which lower of carbohydrate, oil, saturated fat, trans fat needs to be consumed, more physical activity like walking, workout etc , managing stress and achieving a balance between work and relaxation, regulating sleep cycle is important.
