tion, training and knowledge transfer. Both outsourced long-term projects at construction
site and office-based activities. Area of expertise includes steel and steel-concrete compo-
site structures analysis and design.
Main Responsibilities:
 Planning, designing, and directing civil engineering projects, like buildings and
bridges.
 Inspecting construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to engi-
neering plans, specifications, and construction safety standards.
 Use of different FE modelling techniques investigating failure mechanisms and
strengthening techniques for steel structures.
 Regular meetings and cooperation with upper management.
 Knowledge transfer and consultancy activities.
 Constant work under tight timelines and strict SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
