Today when it comes to pre-plan and pre-pay
final wishes. Pre-paying can protect you and
your family from future inflationary trends,
while simultaneously providing the peace of
mind of knowing that your family will be free
to focus on the loss, not the details of the
funeral, after you are gone. Below you will
find more detailed explanations of the plans
that we have available. If you would like to
request an appointment after you have
reviewed this information, we would be
pleased to have one of our staff meet with you
to go over any additional questions you might

LIFE CHOICES
The best time to begin making your pre-
arrangements is now, while you're thinking about
it. While some people in their 40's and 50's may
think it's too early to pre-plan, people who do
pre-plan say that pre-arranging their funerals is
smart financial planning and gives them added
peace of mind knowing they aren't leaving this
burden to family members. By taking time now to
collect cost information and calmly make choices
related to your own funeral arrangements, you'll
be protecting your family against the stress
of having to make these decisions at a time
of extreme emotional stress.

Php 6,358.00 - One Time Payment, Lifetime Coverage
Php 350.00 - Monthly Payment for 5 years
Php 175.00 - Monthly Payment for 10 years
Php 350.00 - Yearly Renewable Term for Group Accounts
One Year (1) Contestability for All Age Entry on Natural Death
Servingyour family,
Honoring your loved

Note: If death occurs before the completion of the contestability.
• The immediate family shall pay ₱ 20,000.00 if death occurs before
the completion of the contestability period to avail the mortuary
service.
• Cash conversion amount is ₱ 10,000.00 for unrendered service
• Non-transferrable, Non-assignable and Non-refundable.

This refers to the first level to be able to become part of WMP
Sales and Marketing Team. Qualifications are as follows:
•18 years old above
• At least High School Graduate
• 4 pcs. Of 2x2 Colored picture in corporate attire white
background
• 3 pcs. Photocopy of Valid ID ( Government ID, Company
etc.) with specimen signature
• TIN and SSS number
• Agent’s Form
• With Pleasing Personality and Good Moral Character
• With Basic Training for Sales and Marketing thru WMP
BUSINESS ASSOCIATE (BA)
This refers to the position for promotion
based on:
•Must have a quota of 60 policies -direct
sales and spot cash
for Php 6,358.00 plan
•Proof of deposit to WMP for payment of the
target sales
• No Time frame
AREA BUSINESS MANAGER (ABM)
This refers to the position for promotion based
on:
•Must have a group quota of 120 policies -
direct sales and spot cash
for Php 6,358.00 plan
• Proof of deposit to WMP for payment of
the target sales
• No Time frame
TERRITORIAL BUSINESS MANAGER (TBM)
This refers to the position for promotion
based on:
• Must have a minimum group quota of
260 policies direct sales and 5 TBM-
direct sales and spot cash for Php
6,358.00 plan
• Proof of deposit to WMP for payment of
the target sales
• No Time frame
