[Challenge:Future] Engage me and I will Understand, Remember and Act!
The event "Engage me and I will Understand, Remember and Act!" aimed to empower youth in Cape Town, South Africa. The goal was to inspire 45 youth attendees to solve social problems in their communities. Samuel Duru organized the event at the Cape Town Central Library on March 19th, 2013 with the help of 3 others. Duru gave a presentation about translating ideas into actions and shared success stories of youth social impact projects. He encouraged the attendees to see problems as opportunities and take on roles of problem solvers. The youth were interested in Duru's presentation and passionate about making a positive difference in their communities.

There are challenges replacing an aging real estate workforce, so YPN aims to groom future leaders. It provides tools and encourages involvement in associations, industry, peers, and community. YPN has over 8,700 members in 43 states and offers educational resources, networking opportunities, and community service projects to help members excel in their careers. Local YPN networks can be started by communicating opportunities to get involved through associations.

YSP Strategic Plan
This document presents a three-year strategic plan for the Young Social Pioneers program from April 2012 to March 2015. The plan was developed with input from program participants, staff, mentors, and advisory board members. It outlines the program's mission, values, and desired outcomes, which include developing young leaders of social change in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. A SWOT analysis is presented. The plan identifies six main goals: 1) develop young leaders, 2) promote identity/branding and fundraising, 3) increase research/evaluation, 4) leverage partnerships, 5) benchmark programming, and 6) enhance strategic vision and organizational excellence. -Define entrepreneurship, distinguishing it from general business activities by emphasizing its focus on innovation, risk-taking, and value creation. Students will describe the characteristics and traits of successful entrepreneurs, including their roles and responsibilities, and discuss the broader economic and social impacts of entrepreneurial activities on both local and global scales.

There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.

This will demonstrate what the demand for specific activities/services are in areas, as well as to activities actually available. Each local authority has to have an Activities Directory- a whats on guide for youth activities., usually on the council’s youth website. Our key questions: how are young people involved, frequency of being updated, how the directory is promoted outside of council communication? Existing local consultation of positive activities, youth inspections reports How Local Authorities are doing with their LAA targets eg. NI 110 Officers - meet with Head of Positive Activities (different job title in different authorities) but essentially the old head of youth service. Find out what the issues are, how D/MYPs can help champion this
