REED REALIZED THAT I LOOKED

man in black suits came
and took my brothers
and I away. The men
told us that my mom had

6. I had got thrown in a foster home while they tried to get
my real dad to come to court. One and a half years after
lots of meeting in very large building in Detroit they
finally got him to come down.
7. ON THE DAY I MOVED TO GAYLORD I MET MY DAD BRAD O’ROURKE
AND THE REST OF HIS FAMILY. I MOVE TO GAYLORD WITH MY AUNT
SHERRIE BECAUSE MY DAD WASN’T A PROPER PERSON TO TAKE CARE
OF ME.
8. I lived with my aunt till I was
seven. After my dad got his
acted together I move with him
and my grandma and grandpa.
9. A COUPLE YEARS
PASTED AND MY DAD
MOVED TO LIVE
WITH HIS
GIRLFRIEND. THEY
GOT MARRIED AND
HAD TWO CHILDREN.

GRANDMA AND GRANDPA
FOR 8 YEARS NOW. OVER
THE YEARS THEY ASK IF I

MY LAST NAME, BUT I SAID
TO BECAUSE PEOPLE
KNOW ME WITH THE LAST
NAME REED NOT
O’ROURKE.
