GROUP AGREEMENT
Start a ‘Safe Space’ discussion and make some Group
Agreements on how you’re going to respect one
another, interact with each other.

2. These could look like:
✘ not checking phone during session
✘ listening carefully to each person as they speak
✘ being non-judgemental
✘ making all feedback constructive and kind
✘ arriving on time
✘ no swearing (if applicable)
✘ Not sharing private information shared in the session

3. Write all Agreements down and maybe display them
when you meet to remind everyone about how
you’ve chosen to work alongside one another.
