This document is a white paper titled "An Organisational study of ICT Innovation as a Strategy in Five Pharmaceutical and Technology Cases". It examines ICT innovation strategies in five pharmaceutical and technology organizations through case studies. The white paper includes a literature review on concepts of innovation, ICT innovation, critical success factors for innovation, and how ICT can facilitate organizational innovation. It then describes the methodology used for the case studies and analyzes the cases by looking at the ICT solutions employed and critical success factors identified in each organization. The conclusion provides recommendations and identifies areas for future research.
