•Shared procurement: aided tender, contract negotiation & costs
•Shared knowledge during implementation: not alone
•Confidence in what has worked for one, can work for all
•Benefits realisation: multiple opportunities for us:
• Workflows and system understanding and exploitation

• Cataloguing and metadata
• Discovery and shared use of collections
•Profile raising and award-winning!
