3. FERPA is a Federal law that applies to educational agencies and
institutions that receive funding under a program
administered by the US Department of Education. The
statute is found at 20 U.S.C. $1232g and the Department’s
regulations are found at 34 CFR Part 99.
FERPA affords the student who is 18 years or over, or attending
a postsecondary institution:
Access to their educational record
An opportunity to seek to have the records amended
Some control over the disclosure of information from the records

All student refunds will be processed once aid package is completed with all
paperwork received. Aid will pay for balance prior to refunds being
awarded.

are withdrawn)

▪ Grants/Loans/Institutional Scholarships
▪ Any remaining balance taken out in one payment after aid has
paid
▪ If balance is paid before due date, $25 Nelnet fee is waived
▪ Option # 2- 4 monthly payments (Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov)
▪ Self pay/private outside scholarships/unconfirmed aid
▪ 4 equal automatic payments taken out of checking or savings
account

Activate card and choose method of refund:

Have money transferred to local personal

13. Rental Books not returned by 5:00pm on Friday of Finals Week will be
charged.
$25 late fee
Cost of the book as a buy book.
Students who have text book fines are not able to receive transcripts,
grades, or register for future semesters until debt has been paid!.
