Shock Basketball Academy classes are designed to teach each player the fundamentals of basketball. These fundamentals are honed over hours and years of repetition. Each class may be taken multiple times to increase the individual player’s skill.

2. Our Classes Are Designed To Shock Basketball Academy classes are designed to teach each player the fundamentals of basketball. These fundamentals are honed over hours and years of repetition. Each class may be taken multiple times to increase the individual player’s skill.

3. Advanced Training This class is for players who have been through the Art of Shooting, this class will teach offensive footwork, movement and ball control.

4. After School Hoops This is a fun after school class where we will teach game skills, physical conditioning and health awareness. This will be a great after school program for your child.

5. Art of Shooting This class focuses on hand placement, footwork, technique, and getting your shot off quicker. This training class is a must for all players!

6. 5 Ball Handling / 3 on 3 & Level of Scoring 5 Ball Handling / 3 on 3 This class will improve ball handling skills and teach offensive and defensive concepts. Level of Scoring This class will focus on layups, mid range jump shots, free throws and 3 point shots.

7. High Speed Treadmill This class will use the Noramco High Speed Machine used to train Olympic athletes. This 2-3 day per week class will improve your overall speed, quicken your lateral movements, increase your vertical jump and build endurance.

8. Homework, Help & Hoops Get your studies done and increase your basketball skills. This dual role class will provide homework helpers as well as basketball skill instruction.

9. Hot Shot Shooting & Touch Class High school and middle school players looking to stay out of that seasonal slump must get into this training. With coaches focusing on their teams there is little time to keep that shooting touch locked in. Players will get 500 or more shots every class. Head into each week with the confidence to succeed!

10. Individual Training Players looking to get that all important skill training this is the class for you. Players will work on all aspects of fundamentals during this training.

11. Individual Skills Training Class This training class is the basis for all of our skill training sets. This class is a comprehensive skills class that covers ball handling, shooting, passing and footwork Our individual skills camps include placement for: Little Dribblers Future Stars All Star Advanced Skills Age 4-6 Age 7-9 Age 10-12 Age 13+

12. Kids Fit For our youngest players to enjoy the game we will have some little dribbler basketball skills with agility, coordination, hand eye work as well as fun.

13. Offensive Skills Training Players warm up that shooting arm and get ready to light it up as we really get down to work and focus on shooting, getting your shot off quicker, and adding some explosive footwork! Our offensive skills camps include placement for: Light it up Shooting Advanced Moves Top Gun Training Age 10+ Age 11+ Age 13+

14. Parents Night Out and Semi Private Parents Night Out Parents this night is for you. Your child will enjoy a great night of activity. We will teach hoop skills, life skills and make sure they are ready for sleep when they get home. Semi Private This training class is limited to 10 players so they can all get the most out of their training experience. We break down the class into three 30 minute segments for players to focus on: Ball handling, shooting and offensive moves.

15. Speed and Agility and Total Skills Speed and Agility Players will work on speed/agility/core strength/lateral speed/ etc. This two day a week workout will really show results down the road. Total Skills This class is an advanced training for the advanced player.

16. Touch Class Players needing intense shot training this class will give you 300-500 shots, touches, approaches per class. Your confidence to shoot will be all over the court.

17. Train and Play This training class consists of half the class skill training to go along with the other half controlled play. The players get the chance to take what they did in their skills training and put it into action on the court.

18. Trifecta / Speed-Skills-Agility This Specialty class combines cutting edge skill training and advanced speed/agility training. Players will work with Brian Huff on their speed training and get a chance to work their skill work the same night. This is fast becoming our most popular night!
