Google+ allows users to organize their contacts into customizable lists called Circles to control who sees what they share. Circles can be named and contain as many or as few people as the user wants. Content can then be shared privately with confirmed connections in Circles or publicly with interested parties depending on the sharing model selected. Hangouts allow for video chats between Circles. The document also introduces Google+ and its integration features before concluding with a thank you.
