What is decoy timer
- 1. What is decoytimer? Decoy timer can be coupled to any 3V and 6V powered decoys to add more realistic real-life motion. The timer configured with up to 100 On/Off time points. For the configuration of the decoy timer, you need to use a single button. Alter the timer as many times as required to enhanced suit hunting environment and decoy. To configure timer: 1. Short white and green wires together (or push button connected to white and green wires), and then supply power to the timer. After about a second the decoy timer will turn on for a moment. Disconnect white and green wires or releases the button. 2. Push and release configuration button (or short white and green wires together) as you want for the decoy to run. For example, if you want decoy to run 3sec-on, 6sec-off, 1sec- on, and 10 sec-off: push button for 3 seconds, release and wait for 6 seconds, push for 1 second, release for 10 seconds, push the button again and then disconnect power. Three wires are connected in it. These are power in, ground and power out. It only takes a couple of seconds to reprogram the timer. It can work with 3V to 6V decoys. You can use the maximum current of 5 amp in this timer. In some cases, it is needed to supply reversed output to the load, so instead of supplying power to the load during the time decay, the output is de-energized.

You can go into the programming mode by grounding two configuration wires and providing power to the timer. Then you can easily configure the timer t1 and t2.
