WHAT IF HALF THE
LEADERS IN THE WORLD
     WERE WOMEN???
MY ISSUE

 Description: we need more women in leadership roles – in
 business, government and our communities
 Right now, the numbers are low and haven’t changed
   17% of the members of Congress are female
   16% of corporate board members are women
   Women are 48% of the labor force, but only 30% of middle managers
    and 3% of Chief Executive Officers
 Why it’s important: research has shown that having women at
 the table makes a difference in the decision -making process
   Diversity leads to better decision-making
 What I am going to do about it: track numbers, speak out
