2. Microphones I think approximately we need around 10 microphones max and properly only 5 wireless ones, because some acts sing and dance and on that day if someone was singing they were only aloud to do singing and no dancing which is not fair.

3. Speakers We need speakers all around the school so if we could play music from the heads office where the school announcements are called out, so the sound will go all around the school. So around 20 speakers or just us the school ones.

4. Amplifiers Depending on how many guitars we have shows how many amplifiers we need, so if we have around nine guitars we would need nine amplifiers, which is good to have to make the guitar louder.

5. Cables Cables are going to used allot with all of the equipment for e.g. instruments, speakers and for the DJ. So we need quite allot of wires, well to be honest we need the amount that suits the amount of equipment we have.

6. Instruments Instruments are only needed if someone is playing, so we only had two instrument acts that acted which was one band who had guitars and drums. Also one keyboard player so only does instruments are needed.

7. CD tracks The DJ would be in control with the CD tracks so the DJ chooses which song goes on. So only the DJ decides its up to him, however I would suggest 200 songs just in case.
