I would like to acknowledge your participation in our Ambassador program.
Your willingness to be one of the first participants for this program has contributed to a strong
start for the future of the Ambassador program. In such a short time, you have participated in
the following activities:
 Developed a framework for what Ambassadors will do at Selkirk College
 Helped to organize and participated in Get Connected January 2016
 Greeted international students at the airport when they arrive to Castlegar
 Helped with the Christmas children’s party
 Developed posters to put at bus stops and around the college about transportation
issues
 Developed ideas and strategies for how to encourage friendships between international
and domestic students for the coming school year.
 Was available in the Ambassador room to assist with drop in inquiries
