This document introduces the Café Change Leadership process, which is an easy-to-use method for facilitating conversations that allows knowledge sharing and the emergence of potential actions. The process involves arranging participants at tables to discuss questions in rounds, changing tables between rounds to allow ideas to cross-pollinate. Participants discuss highlights from previous rounds and debrief after to share key learnings and insights.
