Twitter and Facebook combined. Remember, the goal is always

media marketing plan is participation. Welcome to the

The first Social Media tool that you should get started with is
Twitter.
Have you Installed TweetDeck yet? No time like the present.

Go to TweetDeck and spot check your Direct Messages (DMs). Most DMs are people just thanking you for
following them but pay close attention — one of them may be someone asking about your business.
