presentation will outline the next steps of your onboarding process.
➢ It all begins with Jyve University. Jyve University's onboarding steps and
curriculum are built to help ensure you have complete all necessary steps,
are well-informed about Jyve, and are prepared to do great work.
➢ Once you are an approved Jyver, Jyve University will keep you informed
about changes in process, new opportunities that are available, and
everything else you need to know!

3. Before you can get started, you’ll need to complete each of the following steps:
1. Agree to Jyve’s Terms of Service
2. Introduce yourself via a Digital Video
3. Complete the Jyver Certification & your first Brand Lesson
4. Participate in an in-store Jyve Along

4. ➢ Your first step is to agree
to Jyve’s Terms of
Service.
➢ You will receive an email
from Jyve University
inviting you to digitally sign
the document after you
read it.

5. ➢ Your second step is to introduce yourself to
Jyve by completing a digital interview.
➢ You’ll be asked to respond to a few
questions to showcase how you will
perform as a Jyver.
➢ You’ll receive an email invitation from Jyve
and it should take less than 10 minutes to
complete. You can complete this on your
computer or on your smartphone through
HireVue’s app!
2. Video Introduction

6. ➢ There is a set of 4 lessons that is mandatory for you to complete before
becoming a certified Jyver.
➢ You will receive an email from Jyve University via Lessonly inviting you to
take these lessons once you complete your video introduction with HireVue.
➢ Once you complete the Core Curriculum, you will then be invited to take
lessons for individual brands available in your area, as you must be certified
in each brand you want to work.
3. Jyver Certification

7. ➢ The next step of your onboarding process will be to participate in what we
call a Jyve Aong - an in-store orientation with an experienced Jyver.
➢ At your Jyve Along, you’ll learn and have hands-on practice with everything
you need to know to be a great Jyver.
➢ Jyve Alongs typically last 2-3 hours, and you will receive a $50 bonus for this
at the completion of your 5th job with Jyve!

8. ➢ Once you complete your lessons, you will be asked to provide a photo so we
can set-up your Jyver profile in the app.
➢ You will also receive an email from Jyve University inviting you to submit
your information for a background check. This information is used for the
sole purpose of running the check and will remain confidential.
➢ Lastly, you will receive another email from Jyve University to complete and
sign your W-9 Tax Form.

9. ➢ Once you’ve completed all these steps, you’ll be able to start working.
➢ Please proceed to complete steps 1-3, then schedule yourself for an in-
store Jyve Along with an experienced Jyver.
