Qualified applicants' profiles are then sent to employers for interview decisions. Professional candidates who receive job offers sign contracts and undergo intensive English and psychological preparation courses before getting their dream jobs, while employers obtain responsible skilled workers.

1. 7 steps how we recruit
Step 1. Our company selects candidates whose qualifications match the job, and confirmed with
certificates, photo & video.
Step 2. The applicant passes the English test, the result should correspond with the level of Pre-
Intermediate or above.
Step 3. The profile of applicants who confirmed their professional qualifications and language
level is sent to the employer for decision about interview.
Step 4. With professionals who have received contracts from the employer we sign a contract in
which they are responsible for the decision to work for that employer throughout the period
indicated.
Step 5. All selected workers, while waiting for the documents undergo an intensive course of
professional English at a language school.
Step 6. All selected employees undergo a consultation via Skype with a psychologist, which is
located in Dubai. The objective of the consultation is to familiarize the person with the peculiarities
of working and living in the UAE, to set it on positive emotions and confidence in the correct choice.
Step 7. After this process the candidates get their dream job, and the employer - responsible
skilled workers!
